Description: Third year residents have fully funded international rotation at Aravind Eye Care (Madurai, India). Other residents have designed electives in China. Faculty have also traveled for 1-2 weeks to teach advanced cornea surgeries in Thailand and India. Additional resource besides department is the UCLA center for World Health.
