My name is Blane Zhu and I am a current senior at Tufts University studying Biopsychology on the pre-med track. 

My initial interest in global health inequities stemmed from co-leading the Operation Smile chapter at my high school. More recently, learning about advancements in providing accessible refractive surgery on a global scale has further driven my passion. I hope to make an impact on broadening access to quality healthcare. 

Fun fact: I love producing music and looking at public transit maps.
